Terms of use

These terms apply to ufakai.com, ufakzeka.com and chat.ufakzeka.com. The first two are informational pages about the lab and its models; the third is the chat demo described next.

chat.ufakzeka.com is a free research demo of ufakzeka-1, a 151M parameter language model trained from scratch by ufak AI. It is provided so people can see what a small open model can and cannot do. It is not an assistant, a product or a service with a promise of availability.

The model makes up facts, gets arithmetic wrong on follow-up turns, and sometimes reproduces its training data word for word. Do not rely on its answers for anything that matters: health, money, law, safety or schoolwork you will be graded on. Check anything you plan to use.

The service may be slow, queued, rate limited or offline at any time. We may change or stop it without notice.

Use the chat for its purpose: trying the model. Do not:

• type personal data, yours or anyone else's;
• try to make the model produce content that is illegal, harmful to children, or that harasses a real person;
• scrape, flood or automate the service, or work around the rate limits and the human check;
• present a shared conversation as something the model did not say.

We may block an address or account that breaks these rules.

The text, images and code samples on ufakai.com and ufakzeka.com belong to ufak AI unless another source is named; you may quote them with attribution. The model outputs shown on them are examples produced by the model at the settings stated next to them. Figures and evaluation results are given as measured on the stated date and may be superseded by a newer release.

What you type stays yours. The model's answers are generated by an Apache-2.0 model and you may use them freely; we do not claim them. Conversations you share become public pages, and you are responsible for what you choose to share. We may use conversations as described in the privacy notice.

The service is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, ufak AI is not liable for damages arising from its use or from acting on its output.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. İstanbul courts have jurisdiction.

When these terms change, the version date above changes. Continuing to use the chat or the sites after a change means you accept the new terms.
